Hillary Claims She Thought "C" on Docs were for filing...

In the interviews docs released by FBI Investigators, Hillary says she thought the "C" on the tops of correspondence was for the purpose of alphabetizing the documents.

She is either lying or completely ignorant; in either case, should be completely excluded from consideration from running our country.

I am interested in the thoughts of those who consider themselves a "supporter".

This is not a pro-Trump post. Equally problematic issues there.

The FBI has already recommended no prosecution. So what difference does all this make?

This is what gets me about the GOP - they absolutely refuse to debate Clinton - ANY Clinton - on the issues. Instead, they try and try and try and try and try to campaign by smear and innuendo. Let's see how that has worked against the Clintons, and against Barack Obama (on who they tried the same tactics):

1992 - GOP loses presidency to Bill Clinton

1996 - GOP loses presidency to Bill Clinton

2000 - GOP loses Senate race to Hillary Clinton

2006 - GOP loses Senate race to Hillary Cinton

2008 - GOP loses presidency to Barack Obama

2012 - GOP loses presidency to Barack Obama

See a trend there?

If you want to defeat Hillary Clinton, then wsake up and win on the issues. Because clearly the other startegy that the GOP has been using for 24 years doesn't work.

Not a Clinton supporter in any practical sense of the word, and yet at this point she could nearly be caught on camera bludgeoning elderly nuns with sacks of kittens, and I'd still hold my nose and vote for her as long as Trump is on the ticket because SCOTUS. That's how ridiculous this election is to me. And I really like kittens.

The FBI recommended no prosicution on technicalities, but also very clearly confirmed that she 1. did not follow the law, and 2. Endangered national security. Neither of those are in question.

Yes. Let's make it about issues. I have no more trust in the GOP than I do for the DNC, but I didn't ask about the GOP.

I am interested in hearing people's justification for the irresponsibility and corruption of this candidate. Maybe I will start another thread about the GOP's lack of spine and Trump's lack of center, but for now let's kill off the straw men......

Because fuck beating Hillary Clinton politically. It's not just about politics. You say the FBI recommended no prosecution like that's not the problem. In Comey's press conference announcing that decision he detailed in every way she lied, broke the rules, and compromised national security. He also said the FBI's decision should not be taken to mean anyone can do what she did and get away with it. He admitted she got special treatment. It's insider corruption of the highest level. I don't give a fuck about beating her politically. I care about what's right and what's wrong and the fact that Hillary gets away with what normal people wouldn't is wrong.

Another article from a different perspective on the email issue.

She has clearly broken the law. To argue that a candidate who has broken these types of laws is a victim of nitpicking shows the ignorance of the American public, and explains how the current one was re-elected.

when they stop breaking laws... remember and i will say this 10000 times Comey said she broke the law 100s if not 1000s of times.

what he did not seem to get into is that they had been told they were going to look at the server and after that they deleted tens of thousands of emails 1000s of them work related some of them marked classified. each one is a crime.

He made no mention of her telling someone remove the classified headers and send it to her.

also they have denied each accusation the same way, with the same absolute language and yet we are to believe it was only the few times they were forced to admit it that they were lying about it and all the other times they were being honest?

one of the lies told by some is that it was not a crime because there was no intent. well 2 problems: intent is specifically and intentionally not an element of the crime. Some have said the FBI cleared her of any wrong doing... that is just a flat out contradiction. as i said Comey said she sent and received 100s if not 1000s of classified emails...each one is a federal crime.

and her Intent is self evident as she was the SOS and she exclusively used a private non-secure server. she interned to break the law from day one.

what James said was "sure she broke the law 100s of times... maybe 1000s... we really do not know... and you know dispite that proving it would be a hassle... so for-get-about-it."
