Ha ha! TRUE! Saying it's "delusional" is kind, that whole statement is the most idiotic thing I have read on here in a LONG time.

Yes, since the even more idiotic and offensive post about how gay people 'choose' to act and speak a certain way in order to purposely offend people. Remember that gem?

I never said they did it to offend people. And I wasn't wrong. I've witnessed it. It was an observation of real life. I actually observed friends of mine change their behavior and tone of voice when they "discovered" they were gay. The point still stands that not every homosexual was born that way. It can be a choice sometimes. I know people who have clearly chosen that lifestyle for the sake of convenience or a desire to be different or rebel. I also know people who were clearly born with a sexual attraction to the same sex. It can happen either way. You seem to think it's never a choice and that the behavior and tone of voice are natural characteristics of homosexuality.

It makes perfect sense that for every one really rich guy on the left there are ten on the right. The left-wing is mostly lazy free-loaders who don't want to work for themselves so they want the government to take money from those who do work. I don't know many of my friends who remained leftist/"liberal/progressive" after their unemployed college days smoking pot and listening to professors tell them about the corporate machine and how if you get a job you are selling out and becoming part of the system. Really it's just an excuse not to achieve, not to succeed, not to have ambitions, and just sit around talking about how unfair the system is and how those who work get all the money while you have to live off fruit roll-ups. That's why most rich people are on the right.

Wow, that's a horseshit generalization if I ever heard one. All right wingers are greedy, money hungry and uncompassionate blood suckers! There! We're even now! Oh and my dad is smarter than yours!! smile

What do you mean consider? I'm a libertarian. We're basically conservatives who smoke weed.

I don't live in a fucked up world outside of or parallel to reality, I just have a clearer view of reality than most people because I don't look at the gay issue through the rose-colored glasses of political correctness.

Remember, you fucks are wrong on this issue. To say every single person who says they are gay were born with a natural attraction to the same sex and flamboyant behavior and a natural lisp is to try way, way too hard to appear to be tolerant and accepting of gays.

In my observation, all "liberals" really care about is that people think they are good people who are against racism, against discrimination and against people being poor. It's how they appear to others that matters. It's all about intentions, not results. I can only conclude that there has to be some closeted racism or homophobia there to care so much about appearing to be tolerant.

grass roots (also grassroots |ˈgrasˌroōts|)

plural noun

the most basic level of an activity or organization : the whole campaign would be conducted at the grass roots. | [as adj. ] trying to improve the sport's image at the grass-roots level.

ordinary people regarded as the main body of an organization's membership : you have lost touch with the grass roots of the party.

e.g. the Tea Party movement

Looks pretty fucking grass roots to me.

When it comes to fiscal responsibility, I am definitely with The Tea Party. But the focus of fiscal responsibility should equally include corporate tax dodgers and the wealthiest 1% to do their share, not just the poor and help for the less fortunate among us.

I can relate and actually vote republican and Tea Party if the weren't the pricks that they are.

I think the Tea Party do want to address "corporate tax dodgers". They'd love to close tax loop holes and simplify the tax code.

They aren't just sat around thinking they are a grass roots movement. No, that's what the left does. The Tea Party is actually getting off their ass and organizing on a grass roots level. They have localized, neighborhood groups dedicated to getting pro-liberty people elected to local office. You can't get more grass roots than that.

The reason there are actual people in the Tea Party is because Old folks are retired and DON'T WORK and because they were frightened by the fake grassroots campaigners (CORPORATIONS AND THE PIG GOP) they feared that the governemt would put their hands on their MEDICARE!

Old ignorant white folks with something truly to lose, their government sponsored healthcare and retirement which the tea party is actually fighting to elminate. Ignorant IGNORANT old folks who were lured in by the fact of a black man as president. Obama has done more for the poor and disadvantaged then the GOP ever will and yet these old folks have been frightened into action.....against themselves.

Meanwhile, the reason why you don't see the same thing on the left is becuase WE exclaim WORK exclaim lol

The Old Folks aren't the ones organizing. They just turn up to meetings to bitch about something. But Tea Party groups are primarily being organized by 20-50 year olds who work for a living, many of them have small businesses. See the different between conservatives/moderates and progressives is that conservatives/moderates work for a living, progressives, if they do work, work for a job. So progressives get into politics to make it so they have to work less for more money. Conservatives/moderates get into politics to make it so they can work in peace and be left alone by the regulators and bureaucrats.

But it is not about being frightened by anyone, It is more about being senile and having all the time in the world. I know old people. And you stay away from them unless they are your own family. Look at the fucking demographics research done by fucking Gallup and every other pollster under the sun. They are 55/45 mostly male. They are mostly middle-higher income (+$50,000), so they are employed (49% full-time, higher than the national average). Only 24% retirees, the national average is 23%. They are mostly 30-49, so middle aged, not old. And they have about the same racial diversity as America does as a whole (79% white in the Tea Party, 75% white nationally). Btw, majority college educated, some polls say more educated than the general public.
