Who has a garden planted this season?

I'm sure it's not althom giggle
wink

I've got flowers in the front yard...mums, pansies, violas and some little pink ones I can't remember the name of.
Also, I've got all sorts of lillies, beebalm, gladiolus, hostas and roses planted at my mom's house. I usually do a veggie garden, but didn't this year. I like to plant tomatoes, cucumbers, swiss chard, eggplant and anything else that catches my fancy. smile I've also planted pumpkins before but, it's always a challenge to keep the bunnies away rabbit

Anyone else?

My mama uses this spray stuff for deer to keep them away. I'm sure it'll work for rabbits too. As a home remedy...you could put bar soap with a little bit of water in a dish and set it out near the garden. The scent reminds them of "humans" and it scares them away. lol It actually worked for her garden though. I want a herb garden, but I don't know where to start with it. Chia made a herb garden a few years ago, I don't know if they still make them or not, but something just didn't seem right about those Chia pets or the garden.

Ooooh...thanks smile We've had a bumper crop of baby bunnies this year (they're SO cute) and they keep eating everything. I'll try that on some of the plants...I don't want to keep the bun buns away from everything.

Naw, all i seem to grow are weeds...pretty good at it too! evillol

I do have a couple of tomato plants workin' in a huge pot in the backyard.
They were given to me as a Fathers Day gift...is rainwater enough to maintain
them?...if not, well...they're still alive.

It's too bad I don't have a green thumb because flowers really brighten up a
yard. sad

If I plant them, will they grow without my nurturing? They'll have to be
like baby crocodile's and fend for themselves once hatched. Will rainwater
be enough for them?
Ya see, I'm a 'one shake' kinda guy...which is to say....i don't have alot of time
to devote to them, always in a hurry, etc.etc. So, will I have dead flowers and
pee stains on my shorts??? Or will I have beautiful flowers and pee stains on my
shorts???

evillol
