on a date!!! I am going to take a shower, get all cutsie (sp?) and all... and take myself to the movies. How many take themselves on a date?

~Dinner
~Moonlight walk, under the stars
~Roadtrip
~Vacation
~Art Museums
~To a park

I do! Do you? If you do... does it feel awkward or uncomfortable? Have you reached the point of comfort with oneself?

I ask this question often with people I meet (usually people from work) and the majority could not imagine taking themselves on date, let alone do things alone. I am just wondering...

So...

I do that every so often. I pamper myself and go do something that's just for me. it's a nice thing to do every once and awhile. it's funny how many people find it strange to go to the movies alone.

I have, many times. I enjoy going to the movies alone. This way I can spend the day there. I'll theatre hop all day long

Hey before I jump into the shower... I just checked out that Shark fishing thread... ... I must go respond.

Yeah, date yourself... I find one is more in position to enjoying the moment more fully without another to diminish a moment "one" might find to be enlightening or fulfilling. That's what I find anyways... I do prefer doing things alone even if there are many I can call and invite, I would rather not. Does that sound horrible?
