I agree we should start Adopt a Newbie I think that might help some of the newbies out there because I'm sure us older orgers might seem a lil intimidating 2 them. They might b scared at what some of the orgers have 2 add 2 the threads or whatever or they might b a lil scared that nobody is going 2 respond 2 the thread/threads they do
