Lunch....

...is homemade lasagne today.. love

Ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato paste & small amount of red wine...you know the rest.

And of course a coke thumbs up!

I love having the smell of really good food flowing thru my apartment... cool

What's for lunch/dinner wherever you are??...

Well it's 9.15pm here in the UK. Thus, in about 1/2 hours time I will be having two english muffins and a cup of tea as a means of supper.

Did you prepare it yourself?

I haven't made lasagna in months! It sounds good!

In my neck of the woods, I had pork chops and some homemade italian pasta junk... basically tri-color pasta with onion, green, red and yellow peppers, carrots, celery and italian seasoning on it.

I also snuck in a hot dog when no one was looking. OH! Which reminds me...

A few weekend ago I was at a friends house and they were grilling out. The one girl said, while eating her hot dog, that it took her years to master the art of eating one. I was like...?????

She said that she would make them over and over and stand in front of a mirror and eat them to make sure she looked okay while eating one. I was like... you've got to be kidding me.

Anyone else practice eating food so that you look okay while doing so? That was very odd to me. And she was very serious about it. I didn't burst her bubble and tell her that she looked like all the rest of us shoving it into her mouth.

Apparently so.

She was going on and on about it... the liquour she had drank made her think it was okay to spill to everyone out in the yard. I'm sure, if she remembered anything the next day, that she was kicking herself for telling everyone. But, yeah... she would practice. Had she been eating it somewhat different than what I've ever seen, I'd say it paid off... but she looked like everyone else who eats a hot dog. Personally, there is no gracious way to eat one. At least, I haven't seen anyone do so in my life.

Omigawd, I'm starvin'. I've eaten very little today, and what I have eaten has been total crap. I get so lazy when it's warm out. . .I mean, I'm lazy anyway, but when the sun is out I become a total slug and just can't seem to make myself cook. disbelief

Think I'm going to score a grilled veggie sandwich for dinner. thumbs up!
