For the Nature Lovers and beauties alike... Yesterday my sister, brother-in-law and niece took a roadtrip up to Payson, Az. So much beauty just an 1 1/2 away from this crazy city life. Where it is 110 degrees plus here... it is consistently 15-20 degrees cooler, a big difference when you live in the valley of the  .
Nevertheless... I wanted to share the beauty of open space filled with life and nature galore. The wind was so powerful, it literally sounded like a powerful river or huge waterfall. I could truly remain forever in places such as this... and I do feel that one day I literally will. City life has and never will be for me on a long-term basis.  Here you feel as if you are the only living being that truly exists. I think we passed a total of 10 cars... as we traveling through this magnificient back country on a dirt road.
The gorgeous Rim area is the Mogollon Rim... take a look. There are tons of places in which you can hike, bike, set up camp, fish or simply sit, relax and meditate life away... Mogollon Rim 
I just love taking pictures of the sunrays through trees. 
A cozy path... to a breathtaking view. 
A crack in the rock that I was standing on... you could see hundreds of feet below you... 
Wow... 
Went hiking up to this old potential railway area... 
Can I just stay here forever... 
Good camping spot... I am already rounding up friends to go camping. I hope to set up camp right at this very spot in a few weeks. 
Definitely going back soon... although next week... a friend and I are heading to Rocky Point, Mexico.   ... and

The greenery and rocky relief looks so lovely and contrasting ....absolutely wonderful
Freespirit and like NATISSE said, thank you for sharing the intimacy of your mind's eye with us. Although other picture in your series may be more beautiful, my favourite is of Mogollon Rim. It's just 'nature' as far as the eye can see

You know Karen... the first time I was drawn to your presence here... you had that profile picture of some trees/folage and deep within... a view of light on the opposite side, remember? I do.
