I can happily drink at home with my parents, ok, some occassions pissed, but when I was younger my friends would come to mine, before we went out clubbing and stuff, and they would rather stay longer,in at my parents drinking and having a laugh than going out on the town, so we didnt get out till much later than we expected, fully tanked up lol

So there hasnt been a problem me drinking at home, well especially when I first got drunk at 2 years old lol

When I was younger (after I turned 18) my mother let me drink at home. I wasnt allowed to leave but I could drink at home. It seemed to work because I learned that why go out when my friends and I could stay at my house.

I seemed to turn out ok so it must not be too harmful

All depends on the kids mind.
If there not an addict, then maybe.
My parents were cool as long as it was weed or alcohol.
Turns out I'm an alcoholic, shit wasnt no damn good in my case.

If you get your kids too loaded who is going to get you more beers from the fridge and cart you to bed? Think of the practicalities! mad
When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.

My parents still want me to be a saint. (ex-outside the mall with my mother she yells "Did you see that boy with that cigarette, he isn't 18! eek That's illegal!) I much rather my parents be helpful and realize I going to do shit anyway. I always hang out at one of my friends house cause her mother gives us pot, so she knows it isn't laced or anything. That's cool, cause we'll get it anyway, but it's safer then getting it from a stranger.

It dosent bother me if people drink at all.
Try and stay away from the heavy drug users for my own sake though
