Garden gnomes Garden gnomes are a bit of an obscurity aren't they? I'm not sure as to whether the garden gnome is a phenomena outside of the British Isles. If it is would somebody please care to explain to me the attraction of them if you have them or somebody you know has them lurking in their garden. To me, they are rather vile and creepy. I have even been known to pinch the odd from my neighbours' gardens cos I'm naughty like that.

Look, we all know he was a gnome. And you're second husband was a fairy. You're amongst friends here, you can tell us the truth.

Gnome 2: (Goes over to a chart on the wall) You see, Phase one: collect underpants, phase two- [Silence] Gnome 2: Phase three: profit. Cartman: Oh I get it. I love South Park....

One day it would be in one corner and the next day it would be in a different one. I never believed him until I witnessed the movement myself. I stayed the night at my grandpas house. Before I went to sleep I looked outside the window to see where the gnome was sitting. The next morning I took a look out the window to find the little fuc*** and he was in a different spot. YES, they are very, very creepy.
