I was once given some very good advice which I have always stuck to :

i think i hit a few weeks ago, i was using a hair pin and everytime i blew my nose, because i had a cold(necessary information), my ear would squeak, it was soo annoying. I got a little scared i thought i damaged my ear, and i was like i hope i don't go deaf. | |
