Yuck!!!! It's been cold and drizzly and dreary all day.

And now the sky is black.

I think it's the end of the world.

It is kind of nice out... Fresh, smells good.. Good sleeping, or reading weather.

man, something about the weather today....

i woke up feeling like ass, despite the fact i went to bed earlier than usual last night.

got some exercise in, and still felt like ass afterwards.

fixed a decent lunch, took vitamins, had a nap - ass, ass, ass.

i'm feeling a little bit better now that i'm at work and i've put some coffee in my system (decaf, but hey - a suitable enough placebo), but still. something about this day has been decidedly off-kilter.

the weird thing is, today's weather wasn't so bad. in fact, it was kind of comfortable. overcast with a little bit of sun, cool with a little bit of humidity...it was nothing to complain about. something in the air, though, was just a little "ick" - for ME, anyway.
