The only movie I have memory of crying over ws pretty recent. The passion of the Christ-It was the part when mary has a flash back of Jesus as a little boy and he falls so she goes 2 pick him up sayin' "Im here"
When he's being led 2 his crucifixition she goes 2 help him up again, just like he was still her little boy...very, very touching moment...

That scene got me too -- and I don't usually cry in movies. There were another 2 or 3 points after that that had me balling as well. And even after the movie, telling someone about that scene, I started crying again.

Other than that -- Steel Magnolias.

"I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm FINE!!!! I can't jog to Texas and back but my Shelby can't! She NEVER could!!!"

Sam I Am

Do you mean "I am Sam" with Sean Penn? Cuz I BAWLED watching that movie. Also Forrest Gump when Jenny dies and Vanilla Sky was tough for me to watch for personal reasons.

I'm anxious to see the movie "The Notebook". I read the book and I cried like a baby, I hope the movie is just as good but something tells me it's not going to be.

There are just way too many movies that make me cry. I could list hundreds. Some that come to mind are:

Legends of the Fall
Bridges of Madison County
I am Sam
Ghost
The Color Purple
Titanic
Sophie's Choice
Shindlers List
The Pianist
Leaving Las Vegas
Purple Rain - at the end
21 Grams - brutally sad

Oh my goodness I cry to many...

~Beaches cry, one of the few movies I own. rose
~A.I., (gulp), so many "truths" about the human race in this film... there is a quote in this movie that I wrote down and moves my innersoul to no ends... (I need to own this one).
~Project X (senik), when the chimp (name ?) was getting into that unit and put his thumbs up! and big grin. cry Little did he know the dangers they were putting his life in... bawl

~POWDER, again... the cruelty people have toward others and the disreguard to other feelings/emotions due to physical appearance or differences. There is a thin line to all this reality and it is seen everyday damn day. sad Where does the madness (insanity) end.

So many bring me to tears... for I cry at the drop of a dime.

There was this movie I saw last year at the Mpls Gay and Lesbian film festival, I think it was called The Event. Parker Posey plays an assistant DA investigating the death (read: assisted suicide) of a man with AIDS. I bawled through the entire last half of the movie. When the lights came up my poor friend next to me was literally sobbing out loud and it took about 10 minutes to compose herself just so we could walk out. The really difficult part was there were about 5 of us who went and we were meeting friends for drinks after, before going to see a midnight showing of the Goonies. Talk about 2 extremes!
