Do you find it rude when people just up and leave the org without telling you? I know people are always bitching about goodbye threads, but personally I think they should be required. I want to know why or at least that you are leaving, I need closure.

I think it's a personal choice whether to start a thread or not. Some people prefer to slip away and others to go out with a bang, either way it's up to the individual concerned. .. No I don't think it's rude. I mean if it's some one close to you I'm sure they would tell you, or if they don't you can still call them on the phone or email them or something.  In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |
