American Idol Finale! I'm rooting for Fantasia  Wow!! That girl can sing!
The talent this year was absolutely amazing. I have never really been a Simon hater but some of his comments about oversinging had me raging. Singers like Fantasia, Jennifer & Latoya, those girls live music, they live it..... And it really bothered me that he would criticize their natural talent and ability. They aren't oversinging.....they're SINGING!. The music industry in general is lacking real singers and it's really sad that such incredible god given talent is even criticized in the first place. People just aren't used to hearing it and it sounds foreign to them, thus they don't vote for it. I was dissappointed in the top 3. The one thing that is infinitely frustrating about this show is that talent isn't always the winner. Diana and Jasmine were good, Diana better than Jasmine, but Latoya and Jennifer Hudson blow them out of the water. It should have been Latoya, Jennifer Hudson and Fantasia as the final 3. Would you believe I finally watched it last eve.

Fantasia is amazing. She's the only true star that's ever been on that show- you know the only person who could have made it without the show. She's a natual- the fist time she sang "Summertime" brought me to tears- I love her! I can't wait to hear what she put's out! Socks still got butt like a leather seat... | |

I dont wanna make no one mad or think im racist..but u really have 2 agree the black artists WERE the best ones.
jennifer latoya jennifer hudson fantasia they were all wonderful..they are the only ones i really would remember from the show..oh and George Huff, he was a little cutie. Straight Jacket Funk Affair
