Mushrooms!!! I love mushrooms! 
I have just made and eaten mushrooms with garlic, aubergine pesto, lots of fresh basil and black pepper and parmesan cheese, dished up with pasta - simple and delicious.. oh and a glass of red wine.. 
However when I was in NY I did love Houlihans Shrooms
Whats your fave?

I  musharooms Red... ....anykind..anytime...
The beloved Morel Musharoom season has just ended here...had so many....if only I had known ya liked 'em so much ...I coulda' sent ya some.  | |

They're good as a meat substitute too. I just don't get people who don't dig the shrooms.
