OMG! My kid just ate a frozen fish!! I left 2 oven bake frozen fish fillets (which I was going to cook for their lunch) on the bench, and the next thing I know my nearly 4 year old has eaten one. I am worried he will get sick now, it wasn't pre-cooked or anything. | |

Quick! Put the kid in the oven for 30mins and warm that fillet up!!!

raw fish won't hurt you and besides, it was probably pre-cooked anyway. | |

yes it must've been precooked to some extent, the crumbs on the outside were a bit golden although the fish wasn't white yet.
