As a kid what scared you most? I will admit I was afraid of a potato. My mum told me it was hot and would burn me so from then on she couldn't get me near one

when i was about 5 or 6 years old, my mom had this wig; i call it the "tina turner wig", cuz it was similar to tina's--it was all wild n'crazy, but not nearly as huge. anyway, every time i went in her room i could never look at that wig. for some reason it just creeped me out.

My mom was watching a soap opera once where this woman was home alone, and a man was in the window looking at her. It freaked me out so bad that I insisted on having the blinds closed while I was in bed. The idea of someone staring at me through a window still gives me the creeps!! Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)

As a kid, spiderman use to scare the hell out of me...
Also from the old movie, Babes in Toyland, Silas Barnaby use to scare me to death... The day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom - Anais Nin

When I was eight years old we lived up the street from the La Brea Tarpits.(bad area)
There were two apt. units at the stairs landing.Ours and the family next to us.He used to beat her on a regular basis my mom said.Horrible to hear through the walls.Well this one night, he came home drunk again and started his shit.I dont no how it all went down but I remember hearing alot of gun shots going off.I ran to the living room and just then my dad opens the door and takes the gun from her, pulls her in and shuts the door quickly. But for about 2.7 seconds my older sister and I saw that fool laying on our doorstep with half a head. The next morning we went outside and blood was thick everywhere and my sister told me this is what happens to you if you ever hit a women.I swear to god that one sentence wrecked my ass lmao girl had me petrified.True Story
