I see the movie first. The book is always better (well, most of the time), so this way I won't be dissappointed when seeing the movie. NCC2012... your local Trekkie. =/\=

Always. If I see the movie first, then I picture the characters in the book as Ben Affleck, Demi Moore, Julia Roberts, or whoever else they miscast in the role. "She made me glad to be a man" | |

Depends. If it was a book first, then I read it so I can get a feel for the direction the filmmakers decided to take the material. If it was a film first, I see it, then read the adaptation (if I really liked the film). Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9) | |
