I was carrying my bottle of pop and avocado skin and spoon downstairs to the kitchen, and I slipped on my sarong (it has been hot outside recently - easy to rip off when the sun comes out ) and I fell backwards, hit my head and my back on the stairs and slid all the way down to the bottom..

I am gonna have bruises all over me tmrw..

aaaawwwww i'm so sorry that happened . if it makes you feel any better, my leg hurts like hell today..... my friend was walking her dog yesterday and he ran around behind me, the leash gave me about a 8 inch burn on my leg!!!! doesn't sound bad but it took the skin off and it hurts sooooo bad... .
