Where's KingSausage??... I want to know how he liked San Francisco!! 
I wasn't able to get off work and make the 6-8 hour drive up there to meet him..  But, from the message he left me, he really seemed to like it up there.

San Francisco fucking rocked my ass. Twice. We are moving there as soon as we possibly can (which won't be for another two years or so, fucking graduate school!). Just an amazing city...Nob Hill...North Beach...Golden Gate Park...Haight-Ashbury...and so on. I wasn't really blown away by the food, but I can live with that. City Lights is a damn cool bookstore, and the Castro Theater is fucking sweet. Ameoba (sp) records could be my new home...lots of cool shops...the SFMOMA is great (a bit let down by the Legion of Honor...so big on the outside, TINY on the inside)...I could go on and on. The weather alone is just beautiful...no allergies! No fucking allergies!!!! And the view of the ocean? I usually don't get into nature shit at all, but damn...I was drooling at times....
But why does BART have to smell like piss? What the fuck is with that???
And the Wharf is just vomitous, with all the fat wankers wandering around in their tacky shorts and fanny packs, straining their necks to find the closest fucking Hard Rock Cafe or Bubba Gump's Shrimp Company. Go to Disneyland you hosers... "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

And there weren't any fucking fat people!!!!! I mean, there were a few, but everyone looked so healthy and fit. What a change from MN! I went to the Mall of America to buy some new jeans the day after I got back, and holy shit was I amazed by how fucking fat my fellow Minnesotans were compared to the beautiful citizens of CA.
California, I love you, and cannot wait to be with you again. Although I fear getting involved in your politics (A LOT!), I can live with that. Earthquakes? Better than tornadoes. Tight parking? Can't be worse than Uptown. CA, I will be with you someday....hopefully someday soon....and we will never be parted again.... "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

 ...That's JUST how I felt when returning from Australia..lol..there were overweight people every-stinkin-place...I never noticed until surrounded by nothing but in-shape Australians..
