alright, i was fired on friday, for what myself and my co-workers know was no reason. i have received many calls from folks at work about calling someone higher up than my general boss to get some kind of help. i know for a fact that even if i were to get my job back, i would end up having a horrible experience there, worse than it was. the question i have is, if a state is a 'right to work' state, meaning, you can be fired, or leave your job at for any reason, is it even necessary to follow through with this ? the main reason would be to try and protect the other employees from being put through the things that some of us have been exposed to. he is very verbally abusive, and degrading to the people that he works with, also, shows hints of racism. the area director and the reginal manager are visiting today....i have recieved 3 phone calls so far to show up there at work and state my case, what do you think ?

I agree with what he said.

Don't give them anymore of your precious time or energy. If your boss was/is a prick; you shouldn't be there anyway. If you feel you need to get something off your chest, go back when you're calm and your thoughts are collected, then tell him how you felt. But in the end moving on and being successful and happy would be the ultimate revenge. Good luck!
