I wouldn't say I have an "Org Life". Friends and family know that there are people online with whom I chat and have fun and trade CDs with. Also, that there are a few I speak with on the telephone, exchange cards/gifts with who have "crossed the line" into my everyday life.

They think it's fine, they trust my judgment.

There are a few people that know im an ORGER.
My kids like to read some of the funny threads.
Ive had my ups and downs being an ORGER, but for the most part, I love my fellow orgers.

Yes they know of my .org life and quite frankly they're sick of it.

My daughter likes to read some of the posts... over my shoulder...

My boys just deal with it... I guess they're used to seeing their daddy clicking away on the computer...

My wife has not paid any attention to this... every once in awhile she asks who I'm emailing... I usually respond, I'm at that Prince site!!!

I'm just now starting to tell my friends at work about the site... I feel like such a dork though...

well....yes my friends know. Since i meet Julie on here i have had to fess up to it. it's kinda liberating letting people know that there is a community on the net and you find that people actually are doing the same thing you are doing. so most of my close friends know. my family doesn't really. they wouldn't get it. they know i'm a huge Prince fan but that's about it.

Almost everyone does now 'cause of Matthew. Before him, just the people I talk to the most. . .my best friend, probably my parents. . .it comes up in conversation, you know? "This guy on the org said. . ." . . .I mean, eventually you have to stop and explain what this place is.

Which is pretty damn difficult, actually. Most people can't figure out the community part aside from Prince. "Wait, it's a Prince site? Then why were you talking about a kid who got a peanut lodged in his sinuses?" or whatever.
