i went down by the water and spent time with a friend. I took my kids to the beach today. I watched them play, and listened to them laugh, which gave me a quick reminder of how fortunate I am to have them in my life. My chidren give me great positivity  | |

Just today I asked my co-worker... "Do you ever get tired of being so positive?" The amount of (+) I contribute is a number I couldn't possibly count even if I tried, nor would I ever want to.
Truly (+) it is not something I measure... although I am profoundly in appreciation and fully aware of. (I am aware of (+) power we all can contain if we choose)

I went on the Minnesota AIDS walk yesterday. Always a + affair. The day was gorgeous, it was a nice walk with many of my friends and lots and lots of money was raised for the Minnesota AIDS project. |
