If you are referring to the whole Quaidbowl debacle, I apologized many times for my role in that, and I don't claim that I was treated unfairly. In fact, I think the way people reacted was completely justified. I was in the wrong, period.

As for the whole issue of whether or not its "racist" to not want Halle in the role, well, I completely disagree. I think if the actor or actress suits the part, then they should have the role. Personally, I think Halle is a little too soft to play such a character. Now, does that mean that no black actress could pull it off? Hell no!!! In fact, if I had my choice (with a real Catwoman film, with the actress playing Selina Kyle) on the top of my list would be Aunjanue Ellis (Sista Girl from "Undercover Brother"). She's got the physique, and she looks badass doing Martial arts. Kelly Hu would also be on my list, and she's Asian-American. Race shouldn't be an issue, unless you're doing a character like The Black Panther! (and if anyone other than Wesley Snipes plays him, its a friggin' sin!!!)
