Um, well it's like this... The tow truck driver filled me in on why the complex is on this "Zero Tolerance" policy as far as unstickered cars...something about several years ago the complex was overrun with the cars of tenants' boyfriends and girlfriends and family members and whatnot...to the point that coming and going from the parking lot was next to impossible. One day an elderly tenant needed an ambulance, but unfortunately it couldn't get thru the complex parking lot in time...she ended up dying.  The complex got sued, and lost...had to pay several hundred thousand dollars for not making sure the complex lot was free for emergency vehicles...so, ever since then, they'd yanked any and all cars that were there more than 4-6 hours without a sticker...
I calmed some after that..but still have a meeting set up with my manager tomorrow morning, to voice my side...I'll update ya then..   | |
