You know, when people tell me I look "distinguished" with grey hair, I always thought it was nice-speak for HAGGARD AND GRIZZLED. I'm more likely to grow a beard of bees and trundle a pile of sticks around on my back than I am likely to take up pipe smoking and wearing slippers. "Distinguished" - from what? I think I'll take it as a compliment from now on. I'll just take what I can get anymore. And oooh, I'll try that St. Ives mask stuff, that sounds wunnerful. Oh my god!! You are SO funny!!! Every single post of yours is hilarious. How do you do that?

true ya gotta work a lot harder to stay fit when you age but i don't mind getting older. i wouldn't want to go back to not knowing stuff again. if i could put my current mind into my 20 yr old body, that might be kind nice. but, i'm ok with where i am

It's all about self esteem baby! And self acceptance... Somehow working towards walking past a mirror and saying 'Hey...How you doin'?!'
As far as bodily changes that come with age, there are things that can sometimes be done for aches and pains (changing foods eaten, exercise etc). I believe in psychosymatic illnesses anyway, that the cause for symptoms of ailments are routed in the psychological experiences of a person. So looking closer at ways that a person functions in the world, can change things.

What's different in my body is that I've had a baby and not cared about what I've eaten so I've put weight on. My lifestyle is such that I don't get out and about as much as I used to, so my energy is stale a lot of the time. I need to exercise more which will help to get my creative energy going, which will benefit all other areas of my life. And as a bi-product of that exercise, I may lose weight.
I have more moles or freckles and my eyes are always blood shot. My skin is still spotty at 31 ( )

i'm still in my 20s but being in my 20s is sooooo much better than being a teenager. i always heard that when you turn 30 you realize how stupid you were in your twenties. can't wait for that!
