If, overall, you're gorgeous looking already, then a mole on your face will be termed a "beauty mark", and it will be celebrated as lovely and attractive, and be said to enhance your beauty.
If, overall, you're an unattractive person and the rest of you looks like shit, then you will only have a lowly, generic "mole" that will be said to make you look all the more UNattractive. | |

I have one so I will give you an answer if its out of shape,huge, hairy & ugly its a mole If its none of the above its a beauty mark Ok lemme tell u a story my beauty mark didnt come in until I was 4,I never really cared to ask my mom what was this thing on my face I get to kindergarten and some kid says "hey what is that?" I didnt have an answer??? I go home ask mom...she says its a beauty mark 
When I was 16 I wanted to get it removed,I wanted to be like everyone else. My mom refused to let me get it removed,she said it made me unique One day I came home and she had pics of all the models and pretty people with moles taped to my walls (cindy crawford,nikki taylor,enrique...etc.) I felt better I like my mole! I have a pretty similar mole as Prince's infamous, "enhanced" one. I call it a mole. Only a few ex-girlfriends have suggested beauty mark, and they were just tryin' to be cheeky. | |
