I am a very impatient person, and I find that the older I get, the more impatient I am.

For example, I interviewed a week ago for a job that I'm interested in, and was waiting for the job agency who sent me on the interview to get back to me as to whether or not the position was mine. This past Monday was the day that the company was supposed to make a decision, so I called the agency several times to see if they had heard anything yet. The woman at the job agency politely but firmly told me that she had not heard anything yet, but as soon as she did, she would let me know. Later on that same day, she left me a message on my cell phone, saying that the company still had a few more interviews, and that they would probably not make a decision until Wednesday (today).

Don't know about the rest of you, but I hate playing "the waiting game" when job searching. I realize that companies want the best employee possible for the job, but it just seems like nowadays they just drag it out for as long as possible (which drives me absolutely nuts), or they nitpick about why they can't hire you for a certain position.

I hate when employers do that to you its almost like they are testing you.

I am one of the most impatient people I know. I dont like surprises either.

I'm Impatient also. I Hate being On Hold. I like things Fast and when people aren't Up to Quick I just Tire of them. it's just that Things get Old Fast. I like to do things or Get things First and when it is Hot. I move on when things are just Too Slow. I will go to Something else if I am Not the PRIORITY. Sorta like that. Can't Help it but well Always Been and Never gonna change that fact.

I am impatient if i feel my feelings are just not felt...(example...i am left waiting and i am not aware dat i will have to wait...when i could've been doin somethin practical in da meantimez) .
