Anxiety on a Sunday

giggle

Sorry Anxiety this isn't about you this time! hug

Erm, just more of a reassurance really. I'm sure I'm not the only 1 when I say that I get anxiety attacks about thinking about going into work on Monday morning. I quite enjoy the job I have and the people I work with are fine, it's just those damn Sunday blues ya know?!

I was just wondering if anyone felt the same and what you do to help combat them?

I'm going to log off and do some ironing in half an hour. Then I'm going to drink Kahlua and milk so that I'll sleep tonight. Hate Sunday nights. Hate them.

My days off are Tuesdays and Wednesdays (and Sundays, usually..lol)...so I don't really have that anxiety...plus, when you love what you do, you actually look forward to returning to it. heart
