try using an alpha hydroxy solution. there are different kinds, and available at a drugstore over the counter. alpha hydroxy is a lightly acidic compound that helps cut through and remove old dead skin buildup. for some people (i don't wanna ask if you might have oilier skin or anything but if you do...) for some people the dead skin layers tend not to flake off like they should, which leads to buildup of material that blocks pores and causes zits/acne. using an alpha hydroxy solution might help. I had to get a prescription from the doctor. Adult acne is very difficult to control. especially for women. Cleocin -T lotion is the best. expensive, but well worth it) Now, my breakout are very rare. | |
