THIS SOUNDZ WEIRD BUT... Here's my tip for people who are finding it difficult to fallasleep, despite being really tired!!!
It seems 2 have worked for me the past two nights   though it might not be everyone's cup of tea!!! 
Rub Vicks Vapour rub on your chest 
The down side is u might temporarily trick yourself into thinkin you've got a cold or flu (well at first i do, cause dats what i've used from when i was a bubby 4 such thingz!!) but man does dat stuff make u fall asleep in winter!!! 4 Summer time, it's da fan dat puts me to sleep...n sometimes makes me sleep longer than i want
