Aren't they the coolest flower you've ever seen before? A few years ago, for Mother's Day, I bought my mom a columbine plant, which she now has planted in her backyard. Every summer, this plant gets huge and it gets tons of deep purple flowers all over it. I love to go back in her yard to look at it, it really is a pretty flower, so different from the ordinary ones you see everywhere.
