Yes, I found that since I purchased the XBox I don't really have time for the PS2. I have the PS2 but, with the exception of the larger library, the XBox is extremely better.

By the way, my pick for the best PS2 game is the Final Fantays series with the exception FFXI. I refuse to play games online.

Ooops, I forgot about Ratchet and Clank 1 and 2, Xenosaga, Shadow Hearts, and Kingdom Hearts.

Well I guess it boils down to - pissing away lots of cash and producing no successful videogames whatsoever for many years. Rocky was the first of their titles to do vaguely okay, but it was too little too late. As soon as there was some money coming in, all their creditors such as the bank decided that they wanted their cash back right away, unwilling to wait for the company to sort itself out. Rage tried to be a publisher and a developer, and did neither particularly well despite having some very nice talented people working there.

It's not all doom and gloom though - the death of Rage spawned several new development studios, all doing some interesting stuff. Hopefully they'll do a bit better.
