How Does Your House Look!? Hiding Anything?

If someone were to come into your home right now would you be okay with how your house looked? Are there things that you have in there that you wouldn't want another to see/find? (If so... what?!)

To answer the first part... I really wouldn't be okay with it. I was sick the beginning of the weekend and a lot of things didn't get done, and then I have a nasty habit of changing clothes a few times a day and then they end up in a pile on the floor next to my bed... being that I wasn't feeling the best over the weekend, the pile is pretty large right now.

And... yes, there are things that I wouldn't want another to see/find. What? Well... there are a couple of things that I really wouldn't want family members or friends to find... pictures, etc... and a few things on my computer that I'd rather they not see/read.

Nope! Though if they foundz anything they shouldn't have, it would be a clear indication to me that they were simply lookin where it wasn't their business to look! NOW THAT HAS happened to me before, just about a year ago with my mum! It wasn't anything really dat bad, but to her it meant a whooooole lotta conclusionz!! disbelief

My apartment is messy--got a washer and dryer last week, and they're in the room I used to store things in, so now I have to find other locations for a few things.

My furniture also needs a GOOD dusting! redface

There are a few private things--but they are out of sight!

Tons of broken-down, cardboard boxes. Everywhere. But, my family would expect that.

I find it's best to lock-up the handcuffs and flogger and dirty pictures of my ex's when Mom & Dad stop by.

My place is a pigsty, or however you spell it.

I am a lazy bugger. I only clean when I know someone is coming over.

Hate it when I get unexpected visitors.

Just curious.

No, I wouldn't care.

I just steam cleaned my carpets yesterday. Every once in a while, I get a bug up my ass and clean the crap out of everything. I always keep my house relatively clean just in case someone stops by.

I keep my place clean all the time cuz I live in an apartment complex, and the maintenance guys will come in from time to time to fix things like leaks or to inspect the place.

I was spoiled living at home, because my mom kept everything immaculately clean. The whole house always smelled fresh, everthing was straightened up, put in place, etc. So my place has to be the same otherwise it drives me nuts. I vaccuum every day, Febreeze the place, disinfect everything, hit all the glass surfaces to get rid of spots, dust everything... That's usually why I'm always late to work.

My closets are all a mess though, it's one giant pile of stuff. I have outfits I've never worn buried at the bottom of the pile.

With your computer though, if you're running Windows XP, just password protect your account and create a guest account for visitors to use.

I use to have a toy... And I thought if I die and my family found that they would be horrified..

I tossed it, when I got a boyfriend.. giggle

Other than that, anyone can come to my house and it would be clean...

lol Aaow!

I need to toss mine too. My parents might live three hours away, but no matter how well I hide things, they always get found! I actually stress that hard about it, so it's probably not worth it. I don't use it, anyway.

I wouldn't want anyone to see my place today- my couch cushions and clothes are everywhere because I couldn't find my keys. evil
Oh shit, my hat done fell off

Yes. I've been keeping it unusually clean since Melissa visited me recently, and my landlord is doing semi-annual inspections this week.

My parents have got a key to my place and I don't know how to get it back. If I ask for it back, it might just look suspicious like I'm hiding something. I'm not - but you know what parents are like...

I freaked out the other day as I realised that my Dad had been around and I had left a crumpled up kleenex on top of my bedroom drawers, the night before. It just seemed "incriminating" to me.

Well, mine is a DISASTER despite the fact that Mr. Matthew will be here in a few days. I'm afraid I don't extend similar courtesy to him. wink

Not hiding anything, though. It's all piled right out here in the open. sigh

Well, having 2 small kids, you know where I'm at...lol.
Everyday is a cleaning day, but I stay on top of it for the
most part.
As far as incriminating stuff...well, it's put away pretty nicely. wink

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
