I am currently watching what could possibly be the WORST movie of all time.... It's one of the Batman movies, not sure what it's called. The one with George Clooney, Schwarznegger and Uma Thurman, etc. It's on TV here and for some reason I'm still watching it.
This has to be the worst movie I've EVER seen! Well, it's tying with Moulin Rouge. Granted, I just took a pain killer for an injury, am totally high from it, and it's getting better and better to me now. Yes I have. That one was bad too, but I can't really remember much of it now. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

At least the Batman cowl prevented Clooney from doing his wobbly-head schtick.

He loves those movies where the women offer themselves to him (happens in both Waterworld and the Postman) and where he's the savior of a civilization (happens in all of them). He must've been consistently picked on as a child.

It dragged a little, but i found the scenery so gorgeous that i just kinda sat there with a beer and was happy. Know what you mean about him casting himself as a saviour though. Probably why A Perfect World was such a refreshing part for him.

I think all of the 'Batman' movies suck, including the 1989 film
If it wasn't for Prince's involvement with the soundtrack,I probably wouldn't have even gone to see it.Face it,'Spider Man' rules.I can't wait for the sequel this summer.

I was having the same experience yesterday evening especially the fight scenes were bad when there was lots of jumping. they were moving to slow to realistically get up in the air. and it's good to meet someone who doesn't like MOULIN ROUGE either. i hate they way they use the well known songs in there, like bad covers, yuk. although i love Bowie's NATURE BOY and Rufus Wainwright song on the soundtrack ! yes SIR!

I didnt care whether it sucked ass or not: it had Chris O'Donnell in a figure hugging, anatomically correct rubber suit...WITH nipples!
That was more than good enough 2 me. Trust me, I left that theatre a VERY happy man.

I actually watched the whole thing too! I swear, every single actor/actress in that movie must just cringe every time they think about doing that project. As for Moulin Rouge, I couldn't even watch the whole thing. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

I actually want to see this just to see how bad it is. Speaking of bad movies, "Showgirls" is actually one of my favorites BECAUSE it's so bad. I've seen it countless times. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

As for Moulin Rouge, I couldn't even watch the whole thing. I completely concur with you both. Batman & Robin and Moulin Rouge are my two least favorite films ever!!!! Joel Shumacher took Batman, and turned it into his own big gay fantasy (in fact, this film was the inspiration for the SNL cartoon The Ambiguosly Gay Duo ). Now, I have no problem if Joel is gay, and if he wants to make a gay themed film, but don't take characters like these and turn them into campy gay stereotypes (these characters already get too much analysis of them supposedly being "gay". This, of course, stems from people who only know the characters from the 1960s TV show. In the comic, Robin's loss of his parents mirrors Bruce Wayne's. He takes the kid in, and becomes a father figure to him. It was never about pedophilia, and I think its insulting to both the characters, and to gay men everywhere, to put this stereotype onto this comic. I know lots of gay people, and not a single one stalks underage boys. Okay, I'll get off my soap-box now). Add in the terrible casting of Arnie as Victor Freis, and the career-low overacting of Uma Thurman (whom I've only just forgiven after her brilliant turn in the "Kill Bill" duology) and you've got a royal shit-fest. As for Moulin Rouge, where to begin? The horrible over-acting? The ridiculous butchering of the musical as an art form? The awful renditions of pop standards? The bad script that was incredibly forced, just so certain songs could go into the film? No, none of these alone are what makes the "film" the steaming turd-pile that it is. One thing towers above them all: Nicole Kidman's "singing"! Who told her she could sing? Please shoot the fucker for me, now! No, wait, that would be too merciful! The bastard who decided to allow her to open her mouth and let "musical" notes come out should die a slow, horrible death for this affront to humanity!! Easily the worst vocal performance by a Hollywood star in memory. If I had enough time, resources and a hammer, I would personally destroy every copy of this butt-nugget myself! Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)

The worst movie of all time is Darkman! While I do agree that is NOT a good film (and its a shame, since its from brilliant director Sam Raimi) its still like Citizen Kane next to Batman & Robin!!! (and, at least, Darkman doesn't have any "singing" by Nicole Kidman, which already puts it a notch up in my book) Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones.
