The mainboard should also produce an error message with beeps. Look up in the manual what that indicates. Best thing to do would be to take the entire thing apart and put it back together. Also playing around with the power connectors might help. I've experienced myself that certain devices on certain connectors can result in a bunch of weird errors.

Most likely the error's cpu, video card or ram related. Take them out and put them back and make sure they snap into place properly. As many computers as I've built and upgraded sometimes I still mess it up. Some of that shit really requires some extra force to be used while others slip into place like a dick in a wet pussy. wink

I take it that since you say you have flashed the BIOS you are still able to get into the BIOS?

If so then its not a damaged video card problem but more likely a driver issue.

What OS are you using?

Have you tried Safe Mode or Last Known Configuration (F8)?

It's unlikely to be a driver issue when it won't even boot to the OS.

No beep codes mean you have one of your connections backwards.Dont take the whole thing apart for that. Its beeping as a warning thats all,no other danger if you stop.

It beeps to tell you what the problem is. In his case, there's no indication of any problems such as incompatiable RAM or no keyboard, HD etc etc.

I'm clueless right now.

Well it depends what kind of beep coming from where.Usually its only your led, start button, reset, speaker etc...in the wrong positions.

Are you able to still get into your BIOS?

This will tell me if your PC is powering up/headers are correct/graphics card is correctly seated and monitor is working.

Beeping from the system speaker ofcourse. Every mainboard has several beep codes to alert the user there's a problem (IRQ, RAM, IDE, CPU, keyboard etc etc). By looking up the code in the manual you might be able to solve the problem.

Finess' system does not beep. That makes it harder to find out what the problem really is. Taking the system apart and putting it back together only takes about a minute. All that needs to be done is unplug all the devices and take the AGP and PCI cards out. Not much work really.

I'd still try a different brand of RAM and check all jumper setting (if any).

So assume you were able to get into the bios before you flashed the bios.

Did you loose video right after you flashed the BIOS? Also did you clear the cmos after the bios was flashed?

Since you flashed the BIOS it probably put your video output back to PCI instead of AGP (this always happens when you flash the BIOS).
You need to find a way to get into your BIOS (try an old PCI vid card) and switch the video output back to AGP in your BIOS, then replace the PCI card with your current AGP card and everything should be cool then...
