Women's armpit hair is no more disgusting than a man's. In fact, most likely it's cleaner and less smelly. Maybe both genders should shave it, if anything, but there shouldn't be a rule that 'boys' body hair is ok, girls' body hair is gross'. Not accepting female body hair is an attempt to make women look like little pre-pubescent girls--but, hey, maybe that's what men like to fuck?
