It depends on the stranger. Sometimes you can tell a lot pretty quickly. You don't know what fucking shampoo they use, but character-wise sometimes you can grasp stuff.

As to why you'd want to know, fuck knows. Keep everyone as strangers and never get to know anyone. That serves for a much more fulfilling life.
