My Theory As To Why That Red-Haired Wimp Is Still On American Idol

After wondering why the hell that red-haired, no-talented John is allowed to stay on the show American Idol without getting booted off, I came to this conclusion: I think the reason why John stays on week after week may be partly because the old biddies, geezers and people who don't know a no-talent singer when they see and hear them who are watching the show vote for him because he sings like Frank Sinatra or whoever.

These dimwits who are voting for John need new hearing aids and a slap in the face to wake them up, since John has absolutely no talent whatsoever. John should have been voted off instead of Jennifer, since Jennifer definitely has talent and deserves to be on American Idol.

When I heard that Jennifer, Latoya and Fantasia were in the bottom three, I was shocked then angry. Even the judges were dumfounded by it all. Every week I wait, hope and pray that John gets the boot, but no such luck. He is like a wart that just will not go away. disbelief

As a side note, did you see the show recently when Simon Cowell said that John reminded him of Stan Laurel from the comedy group Laurel & Hardy? I was rolling on the floor laughing, it was hysterical! I can see why Simon would say that, since John always has that wimpy little boy look on his face, like he's ready to run to his mommy crying, same kind of expressiion that Stan Laurel always seemed to have. lol

the sad thing is, even HE knows it's a joke, you can just see the embarrasment in his face each week when he's NOT voted off...

it;s sad HE knows he's in too deep, but dumb America keep pushing him on...

You're right about that. I remember watching the show a few weeks ago when someone got voted off (forget who it was now). John was hanging his head and looking at the floor, you could see in his face that he was embarrassed and that he should have gotten the ax but didn't. I'm hoping America wakes up and realizes just what a no-talent loser he really is.

I never thought that before until this year, but I'm tending to agree with you now. If this crap keeps up with people keeping the no talent losers in until the end, there is a good chance that I will not even bother watching this show anymore.

This year I think has been the worst with the voting. I believe that his home state of NY is keeping him in the game. I see comercials here in Hawaii to call in our support 4 Jasmine...This isn't about the better singer but rather your home state getting out the vote...That's the only thing that I can think of...'Cause Stan Laurel cannot carry a tune or put any emotion into a song...

Call John's survival on that show what it really is: affirmative action.

Carrot hair - I like that name. giggle

There is an article in today's paper about Jennifer Hudson getting axed from the show. A lot of people are shocked and surprised by it too.

I'm sure your red hair looks pretty on you AnotherLover. Now John is a different story. I probably wouldn't notice his hair color so much if he was a good singer and had some talent. giggle

I think a big reason good people get voted off is because fans aren't voting for them because they assume that they're "safe".

I don't think he's completely void of talent, but he's certainly not right for the kind of "pop star" these folks are trying to create. And he should have been blown out the water by now...
