I just made some lunch... it may or may not look like much, although it is really good.

Over easy eggs with vegetarian pork and beans. Cookies for desert.


Milton and I had something similar in London at this Spanish restaurant. At the restaurant we had fried eggs and ate it with toast. Yummy! A couple of weeks ago I thought I would try and make something similar, not quite...but close. Decided to try it again today. My cooking technique is terribly off, it feels so awkward to cook.


Hey, how do you fry eggs? You know... in a few days I will have loads of time on my hands, Yikes!!! Cooking is one things I have been wanting to do more of, it seems like years since I have taken it serious... it can be such a form of art.

Anyways... Lunch anyone? It is good, really it is.

I already had two fried eggs today, but I could stand some more.

And i'm particularly interested in those cookies...

okay, i just saw. I fry eggs by taking a large pan, bunging loads of oil in, and then putting the eggs in the hot oil. 1 minute on one side, flip and 1 minute on the other side (then it's still runny in the middle

I always use olive oil for frying, and it works a treat. The only time i use anything else is groundnut oil occasionally for chinese food. Must make sure the oil's good and hot though...

I need to keep the line clear for a bit.... My clutch went out this morning! Hey into every life something comes right? No biggie! So the men were kind enough to drive the kids and I back to the hill which is 20 minutes from the garage.....
