You can kinda guess the progs i was on from the people there, but anyways i'm gonna shut up now. I was lucky to meet some really nice people anyway.

I once egged Che Guevera.

I used to split wood with Paul Sorvino.

I once urinated on a Confederate flag and the guy who played Boss Hogg acted all indignant.

Tipper Gore owes me money.

I camped out overnight with Ed Asner to buy Iron Maiden tickets.

I rocked Beyonce to sleep one afternoon.

I traded seats with Joe Garagiola at a Mets game.

I taught Stephen Hawking how to play Go-fish!

lol

Ahem, about the footie - I hear you about Leeds et al. In fact I was gutted that West Ham went down last year with the quality they had. And now they ain't even gonna get into the playoffs, by the looks of it.

Bring back the 1st Division and matches on regular TV !!

Why not go right back to the days when the medics were some bloke with a trenchcoat, a flatcap and a roll-up. And when the term "sliding tackle" to Leeds players meant "flying kick to the abdomen".

Ok, weve gone wayyy off topic, lets cut this convo incase HandsFlaps gives us a bollocking....Peter Reid style. boxed

Nice talking to ya bout yr TV career tho. wink

I saw MC Hammer way,way back in the day. We were both shopping at the same store. He came in with about 30 people. Just nuts!!
I also stood in line next to Robert Smith who used to play for the MN Vikings. We were waiting to get into a Prince concert.
I also watched a movie with Ice-T.
& I met the guy who played Boss Hog from the Dukes of Hazard. I have a picture of me & him some where.

Did you ask to meet him?

lol no, he was at a hotel doing a Star Trek convention or something. He was really nice. This was when TNG was still on the air, and DS9 had just debuted. I think I asked him if he was going to be making any appearances on the new show or something. That was a while back!
