A lot of times, I disagree with what Simon says, but this time I have to agree with him. Also John can't sing and has a look on his face like he wants to cry all the time. He's a wimp.

I am from UK where the original Pop Idol series started. I saw some clips of Simon Cowell giving his usual comments in the recent American Idol series, and I think he has actually mellowed, I wonder why?

Simon's right, John doesn't have any charisma. I'd be happy to see him or JPL leave, especially JPL. He looks like a deer in the headlight when he sings. It's so pitiful.

simon cowell is harsh but real. he's telling it how it is.
although our recent pop idol winer ...michelle mcmanus ..i think its the songs. but simon cowell knows exactly what he was doing when he sided with her.
