I was actually going to start a thread on a question I want to ask, but seeing as OdysseyMiles already brought up the subject of left-handedness :
It was once said to me that ALL left-handed people start off life as a twin. So, has anyone else heard this before ? I ask because I am convinced it's true. When I first heard it I mentioned it to my mother, almost as a joke, and was astounded when she said "Yes, that's right, you would have been a twin". Apparently she miscarried (my twin) but remained pregnant with me. My wife (who is also left-handed) asked her mother about it, and yes, she also miscarried and remained pregnant. 3 of my friends (2 male, 1 female) have also confirmed that their mothers also miscarried and remained pregnant. So, are there any other left-handers out there who know that they were also a twin ? I've done a bit of web research but haven't found anything much about it. Lemmy, Bowie, Prince, Leonard. RIP.

What's strange to me is, I play guitar right handed. I may be able to play left, just haven't tried it. The few times I've been bowling, I use my right hand. I use scissors with my right hand, but that's probably because the left handed scissors would always be crappy in school. Just raggedy, with dried up paste on 'em. No love for the left handed scissor .

Those lefty scissors were nasty and evil, I hated those things. As a result, I use scissors with my right hand, but I prefer to use an X-acto knife when I cut so I can use my left hand.
