1. I was once a world record holder.

2. I learnt to dance like Michael Jackson when i was younger, and won a holiday to Amsterdam doing that (!) and still do it in secret.

3. People assume that i'm very confident, but in part it's a defence and i'm quite insecure and easily wounded.

4. I cry at the end of Monsters Inc. every time I watch it.

5. I've had my heart broken and it took me a long time to get over.

1. I am really neurotic about body hair - I pluck, wax, and shave off the majority of it. But right now I'm letting it all grow out as far as I can. I've never done it before and it's simultaneously grossing me out and making me feel more... carefree I guess? Anyway, you guys should see my armpits! I'm still wary about wearing tanktops, though.

2. I constantly have doubts about what I'm majoring in. I hate literature and I'm not too good at it. I'm only doing it for the creative writing concentration and even that I'm starting to have doubts in. I love film theory (not production, ew) and always wonder what it would be like if I had chose to done film instead. Oh well, there's always grad school...

3. I like the org more than I like Prince.

4. When I came to London, I had NO idea that the UK was an island. I had no idea what the UK was, I thought it was just England. Didn't know it included Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. I thought the Union Jack flag was England's flag. After England won the rugby cup (or whatever it was), I saw a bunch of drunken rugby fans running through Covent Garden with an English flag. My first response? 'Oh, Switzerland must have won...'

doh!

5. I am very greedy and materialistic. I'm trying to change, but it's difficult. Once when I was young, I locked myself in my bedroom (actually it was my sisters' bedroom, too) and refused to come out. I finally unlocked the door when my mother offered me her opal necklace as a reward.
I mean, like, where is the sun?

1. Try as I might, I am unable to curl/roll my tongue into that taco shell shape most people can, however, I am able to touch my tongue to my nose.

2. I missed a year and a half of school when I was 11, because I crushed the bottom three vertbrae in my back roller skating, missed a lot of school through the years, but was still offered to graduate a year early. I didn't take the offer because I wanted to graduate with my class, even though I couldn't stand 90% of my classmates and then, I never went to commencements, and, because I chose not to go, they didn't give me the little cap and gown. sad

3. When I was 16 I was the biggest Coke dealer in the area where I lived and did this for over two years. Only a handful of people knew I was the dealer, I went by the name "Yvette" and had those close to me deliver the goods. I even sold to my dad and he didn't know he was getting it from me, until years later when he was sitting in Church someone told him I was the dealer he was getting it from all those years ago (he quit not long after I stopped dealing because he owed over $20,000 in coke debts to another dealer). confused I stopped when I did over an eightball myself one night and nearly died.

4. I've had three "good attempts" at suicide in my life. Two landed me in the hospital, the third landed me in bed. Since having my first child seven years ago, I haven't had a suicidal urge up until last July and no more since then.

5. I become bored very easily. I tend to go into something head-first, then become extrememly bored and quit whatever it was. Knowing that, I am no good at crafts, projects, and a lot of times relationships.

England. Yeah, I know - nowhere is perfect - but the general majority of people and politicians in this country want hunting banned. Less than half a percent of the U.K. population engages in blood"sports". I've never met anybody who does - and I don't want to.

I can't even comprehend how anybody could attend a bull"fight". I can't believe that bullrings are located in major cities. Its medieval. Its even on the television over there. I've been kept awake at night, many, many times, thinking about it.

I know its not just Spain. There are bullrings in Southern France and Mexico too. I'll never visit those places either.

Well. It's on the news this week.

They have voted against at the Barcelona TownHall but it's not up to them to decide.

They say they are too liberal to ban things so I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

And I'm against cruelty to animals too. Who's not?
But it takes time to get rid of our "cultural" background, doesn't it ?

Imagine your Iraqi partner not "doing" it with you because of British appalling treatment to Iraquis

THIS IS cruelty to animals:

2. I'm a very bad cooker, don't have enough patience for that, don't wanna waiste my time in a kitchen.

3. I belong to an organization fighting against marital violence.

4. I wish I could learn the signs language.

5. I'm supposed to speak Russian but I forgot, spending years without practicing, but I'm still cursing in Russian wink (don't know why, it comes natural...)

Anxiety

1. Everyone knows I'm a vegetarian, but few people know that when I was a kid, my favorite snack was raw hamburger.

2. I had a girlfriend for almost 3 years, and she was probably the closest relationship I've ever had. She was certainly the most delightfully bizarre of anyone I've ever dated. She used to collect glass candle holders that she'd buy at garage sales and keep them in a basket, and when she'd have a bad day she'd grab some candle holders and throw them at the wall and stomp around like Donkey Kong. She rawked.

3. I almost became a donor daddy when a lesbian friend of mine asked if I'd help her and her girlfriend make a baby. Long story, but I was honored to be asked.

4. I used to have a job where I'd take breaks to go out and join trannie prostitutes as they threw rocks at the fancy schmancy restaurant across the street. The goal was to break a window, but we never reached our goal. GOD, I sure miss throwing rocks with the trannies...

5. I say I'm an only child, but I have a half-brother who I've barely ever seen. He's about 20 years old now, and I hope one day to meet him.
