I WAS JUST READING NANCY POST ABOUT HER BELOVED CAT NAME SHADOW. IT MADE ME THINK OF MY CAT WHO IS IN CAT HEAVEN NOW . HIS NAME WAS POOKIE , I WILL ALWAYS LOVE AND MISS HIM. I KNOW MY POOKIE IS RUNNING AND JUMPING WITH SHADOW .

I miss you Kritty Kratty It's so hard losing a pet.

YES IT IS VERY HARD WHEN YOU LOOSE A PET .. SOME PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND THAT AN ANIMAL IS A PART OF YOUR FAMILY , ITS MORE THAN JUST A CAT ,DOG , ....ETC. IT BECOMES YOUR FRIEND , YOUR COMFORTER, IT PUT THAT SMILE ON YOUR FACE WHEN YOU ARE FEELING DOWN. IT BECOMES YOU PLAY BUDDY. IT DOESN'T JUDGE YOU IT ACCEPTS YOUR IMPERFECTNESS. IT LOVES YOU UNCONDITIONALLY. ALSO ITS IS YOUR PROTECTER.

I miss Taffy and Candy (my 2 dogs) , especially Candy the most. She was like a human being it was so uncanny.

I can still hear you barking ROCKY. Sometimes I forget ur gone 4 a split second when i step outside.

I will always remember my dogs Hannah and Mollie who both passed on when i was in college.

My mother's cat Mishka, too. she was around before I ws born and passed on when I was 11. These animals helped me to become a true animal lover.

I miss my cat..Cerezo...i got her when she was 7wks old...i lived on my own and she was all i had ...she gave me comfort and made laugh when i was sad...I miss u sweetie

my kitty Dawooji died in Nov 2000. she was 18 years old, I got her when I was 18 and it was just me and her for years. she was my first "adult" pet. We called her MAMA because the boy cat that I have now thought she was his mama. I had her cremated.

4 my doggy...my 'naughty sonner tucker boy' Tommy. That dog was my teddy bear! Such a smart, playful dog who made friends with everyone with one of da most loving eyes i've ever seen on a K-9!

I miss my babies too...Teak and Toby, so much... 2 doggies...(still haven't got the nerve up to get another one)

My Nemo....had him such a long time.....*sigh* I know..a but, he did respond to me.

Lawd, my parents were cool about animals.

Growing up I had a few pets but the ones that I personaly took care of were my cat Samantha(who always ran and hid when ever my then boyfriend now husband would come over...now I wished I would have taken that same cue from my cat LOL) I had her for 20 years and she died 2 years ago from cancer.And my baby dog Sandy who was brutaly murdered by the neighbor dog. I got her before my oldest son was born and she was my first baby till a few years ago also. I miss them both and it's still hard to see pictures with Sandy in them. I know they are in a better place and feel blessed to have had them for the few short years they were here.
