Damn... I don't even want to think about it... but, I have. The worst for me would be having someone torture me by dragging it out. Being scared to death knowing they were going to do something awful to me or my family... then having to watch someone kill anyone from my family until it was turned towards me and having it done slowly and while I was conscious. Being skinned alive or having body parts wacked off slowly would rank high up there on my list.
