Where are you going? I was gonna make espresso.

Igor: Dr. Frankenstein?
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: Fronkensteen.
Igor: You're putting me on.
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: No, it's pronounced: Fronkensteen.
Igor: Do you also say, Froaderick?
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: No, Frederick.
Igor: Well, why isn't it: Froaderick Fronkensteen?
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: It isn't. It's Frederick Fronensteen.
Igor: I see.
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: You must be Igor.
Igor: No, it's pronounced: I-gore.
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: But, they told me it was Igor.
Igor: Well, they were wrong then, weren't they?

What Ever Happened To Baby Jane?

I'm not really bothered about the film, I was just curious what happened to her! lol

LOL, I posted before reading the thread lol Glad to see this classic get some props. Bette Davis rocked it out nod

Yeah I love this film, though I haven't seen it for years but after I first posted on this thread I had to go and order the DVD. I hope it arrives soon.

The wait is nailbiting biggrin

I adore Ed Wood, one of my fav films (but i always forget to put it in the best-of lists). Just brilliant. Another modern black n white film of note is The Man who Wasn't There by the Coen brothers - never before has cigarette smoke been shot so beautifully...
cool

Imitation of Life (Ist version, not Lana Turner version)

The Douglas Sirk version of 'Imitation Of Life' is my favourite movie of all time. Maybe it isn't exactly politically correct, but I believe the film's "heart" was in the right place.

I can't watch it without crying - even though I know what's coming at the end.

The guy who plays "Steve" (John Gavin) is a fox too.

Anxiety, we're on a roll!!!

I can't help it, I'm not a big golden oldie movie fan, so if we're talkin' classic black and white, I'd rather watch Bowie and Iman than Humphrey and Bacall. shrug
