Alternative Web Browsers for XP

ok so i'm used to Apple Macs and it's beautiful interface but for now i have to use this stoopid XP Microsoft laptop that my beautiful niece has kindly lent me (how many computers does her family need? jeez!). i have found that it's a little fucked (only cuz Microsoft is stoopid) and i can't even access my hotmail or even order anything over the net. i think it's the fault of this messed up IE programme.

what should i use: Firebird, Opera, Mozilla, etc?

anyone?

maybe she has a firewall up. the xp firewall barley allows anything through unless you twiddle with the settings.

You should use either Mozilla or Firefox (which used to be called Firebird). Mozilla is a more complete program, including (a great) mail program, but Firefox is a little faster and a smaller download. Either of them are much better programs than the outdated, clunky and security risky Internet Explorer... and besides, The Org is designed to look better on these browsers. smile

Opera is also good, but personally I prefer Moz/Firefox.
Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop.
