Hellboy!!!! Saw the big-screen adaptation of Hellboy last night. I won't give anything away, but I will say it will please both fans and non-fans alike (I'm a total comic geek, but I'd never actually read any of Mignola's stuff before). One of the folks we went with is a huge fan, and he said it was incredibly faithful. All in all, it was quite good, even though I felt the end was a tad bit anti-climactic.

never was a fan of Mignola's art, so i never got into Hellboy when he started doing that. but i do want to see the movie.
strangely enough, my boyfriend wants to see it more than i do, and he's not a comic geek in the least. | |

I always loved the comic, and the movie did quite well.... how anyone can NOT be a fan of Mike's artwork is beyond me though....to each his own... we should get an org comic book clan....LOL..... | |

Hellboy made 1st place in the box office this weekend with 23.5 Million....
with The Rocks "Walking Tall" in 2nd leaving Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed in 3rd place this weekend.... Here I am, you lucky people!
