When it comes to my friends I count on them for advice, love, care, and honesty. I hope if they feel some way about anything , me included, they would let me know how they truely feel . I have made many friends in my life and for the most part we usually always get along. I have also observed that some friends call me to see how I am doing and care about my well being while some pretend like they care but in reality are actually calling cuz they need something,whatever that may be...

I have recently introduced two of my friends to each other and later found out that one said some negative things about me to the other. I guess they didn't think that friend would tell me what was said but at least I can determine the fake from the real.

It's rare that I have problems with my true friends. To me discussions/ conclusions/ solutions are great to have between friends but arguemnents/fighting are not something I will do with any friends , ever. Don't get me wrong I have had a few fallouts with a few friends but I'm proud to say that the ones who were/are genuine friends I have regained as friends and we worked things out!

A few months ago I posted a thread about a friend of mine overdosing from some serious drugs. Last week another friend of mine experienced a heart attack which he survived but he was placed on life support and the doctor mentioned he may need a transplant to survive. As the days went by in the hospital he was improving (so I thouht) They ended up taking him off of life support because of how well he seemed to be doing but later that night his heart failed and he was dead. Another friend gone, another funeral to attend.

With all of this said I will end by saying ..... be true to your self, be true to others, cherrish your friends while they are here... IMHO a person should be their own best friend 1st before they can be friends with other people.

The meaning of friendship to me? I don't expect too much from my friends... honesty being the only important thing to me, really.

I don't think that I'm a very good friend, though. I'm loyal and honest and will be there for my friends the moment they need me, however, I'm not always available when they don't. I've had trouble with that since I was a little girl, it's something I really need to work on.

The MEANING of Friendship.....

Dunno, im trying 2 figure out the definition of this as im going through a real tough time with my closest friends riight now and after 2day I could be friendless.

My best friend refuses 2 put any effort in2 stop getting drunk and acting like a prick when he does and causing shit and I cant handle it anymore. He very arrogantly gave me a choice, either put up with the way he is or jump the boat.

After Saturday nights bullshit where he started on 1 of my other bestest friends he showed no remorse and didnt apologise 2 me 4 dragging me in2 it all, cuz sum1's gotta stay with him and stop him from getting himself killed.

And talking about it round my mates house yesterday was almost as bad, cuz when another mate of mine was telling him how much of a dick he was being he just kept laughing at what he'd done, which made me feel sick.....i had 2 leave.

Itsa shame he's such an asshole when he drinks cuz hes such a lovely guy when hes not and i love him but i cant put up with this anymore and hes 2 arrogant and doesnt care bout me anough 2 even try and change.

The guy he started on has decided not 2 be friends with me anymore, and i'll lose another of my closest friends if I stop being his mate cuz he's known this guy alot longer than me.

Shall i jump.....
